The clinic has a policy to address medication shortages and outages        
The clinic has a policy to address medication during disasters        
Medications are stocked and stored in secured rooms according to state and federal law        
Disposal of expired and unused medication meets local, state and federal law        
Staff is educated regarding look-a-like sound-a-like drugs        
Special precautions are taken to distinguish look-a-like sound-a-like drugs        
The clinic has a policy regarding generic and brand name drugs ordering and administration        
Pediatric orders include weight dosing requirements        
The clinic has a policy that addresses the safety and use of pharmacies
